It’s that time again , the Azaleas are coming into bloom, in the world of Golf that can only mean one thing – the US Masters is imminent.
In Golf terms Rory McIlroy’s season starts and finishes in April at the US Masters and will continue to until he finally manages to win a green jacket. Ever since McIlroy’s meltdown in 2011 when he blew a four shot lead going into the final 18 holes, the pressure has been building year on year to complete the set of career majors. After Rory won the British Open in 2014 the Masters became the final piece of silver ware he needed to join the elite group of only six golfers to have won all four major titles, the other 2 being the US Open and USPGA which he won in 2011 , 2012 and 2014.
His form going into April has been promising , having posted some good finishes of late this year. McIlroy would also get the job done before his 30th birthday in May.
